Can not say enough about out pup that we got from Bill, he is now 5 months and what a beautiful boy he is he is now 50 lbs
he is so smart, and lovable, but yet protective of us. I am a resident coordinator were I live and he is with me all the time, every one love him as he loves them. He loves the attention. We take him everywhere because he is in training as a servicedog for me, he is just so good for only 5 mons. old when his harness goes on he knows he is working and becomes a different dog. I have never had a GSD this smart before. I feel it is the careful breeding and care that Bill puts into each of his dogs. Cindy and I just picked our dog Bella up and we are extremely happy with her. She made the ride home fine, is going potty outside, slept peacefully through the night in her crate and loves country music. She is extremely intelligent and learning incredibly fast. She is beautiful and reflects her quality and the loving care she received from Bill Hughes and his family. I can not say enough about Bill, he is so kind, caring about you and the dogs, patient, and willing to work with you and works with you to get the right dog that you want. I did ALOT of rescearch on breeders and called alot of them. Bill Hughes was the ONLY one that took the time to liston to what I was looking for in a puppy and answer all my questions without asking me 1st when can I pay and how soon can you come get your dog. Bill is just wonderfull, it was well worth the trip from Palm Bay, FL to go up to Cedartown, GA. I just can not say enough good things about him, I have had GSDs all my life and have never met a breeder like Bill Hughes. Our Lakota is 11 weeks old now and is so intelligent & temperment is unreal. Joe & I just want to thank you for all you help in getting us the perfect puppy. It has been since June 2012 that we first visited Bill, his family and all of the great GSDs. We had decided back then to bring two females into our family. Well, yesterday, February 16, 2013, we brought Baylee and Shyloh home at 9 weeks old. Bill, Stacy, Trina and Johnny were all terrfiic in making sure everything went smoothly for us. We picked out our two girls from Hannah & Joe's litter on Feb. 2, 2013. Bill was kind enough to let us visit and have play time with them on Feb. 9, 2013. And now they are home. They are amazing at what all they are able to do at this point. I don't think we could have found a better place to find our GSDs. Thank you Bill for taking the time in working with us and answering all of our questions. And thank you kindly to you and your family for tending to our needs and the great care you show to all of your dogs.

On 6/13/12 my wife and i visited the Hughes family. WOW, it was great. We were introduce to the pack up close, they are outstanding and very friendly. Can't wait to return to pick up our new family member "Moses".

My husband and I finally had the timing and opportunity to bring a puppy into our lives. We looked at several breeders. All it took was one phone call to Bill and we knew we had found the right place. We wanted a GSD that reflected all the wonderful things a well-bred GSD had to offer. Kimber has only been with us for ONE week and we are beyond impressed with her beauty, intelligence and sweet loving nature. She is already potty trained, knows several commands and knows at least three of "her" things by name. In only ONE week! We don't believe we could have found a better dog. It's not just Kimber we are impressed with either. Bill was happy to answer all our "new parent" questions, his dogs are gorgeous and the kennels clean and open. We have had an absolutely wonderful time visiting his home and picking up our sweet girl. Kimber has already brought mountains of joy into our home and we will be forever grateful for the gift Bill has given us!

Our experience with Bill and his family was wonderful! Each time we went to visit the puppies, you could tell that he and his family cared for the puppies and they were beyond just well taken care of! Bill answered all of our questions and was proud to show us Ava's parents. I was impressed with how well each of the dogs were taken care of, trained, and loved. We made an excellent choice getting our puppy from Bill.

Where do I begin ? and how will I keep this testimonial down to a reasonable limit ;-)
Berachah, our best friend (GSD) for 13 years had to leave us last year.
So to bring another ?best friend? into our house we knew we wanted to be picky about the breeder we choose.
We heard about Bill and his incredible dogs from a trusted friend who also
got a dog from Bill - so the first part was easy.
Then my wife and I went out last December to just ?look around?, ?no commitments?.
We were blown away! The dogs are gorgeous, regal, and have great temperaments,
and Bill?s attitude and love of his dogs was beyond impressive.
Bill was our partner and friend throughout the entire process.
He wasn?t there to sell us a puppy, he was there to be involved with a life decision
we were making ?AND without pressure to pick one puppy over another.
And on March 18, 2012 we brought home Zegen and our lives have been greatly enriched.

Excellent experience! You guys are wonderful and I could not be happier with the dog you bred! Decoy is beyond intelligent. She troubleshoots "issues" as they arrive and solves them in record time. She is highly trainable, and can learn almost any skill in about ten minutes. Just trained her to shut the door after herself. Priceless. She has always been extra sweet with children and with the elderly. More than once she has chased off men of "ill repute." She's an excellent co-pilot, patient and gets comments everywhere she goes. Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had no idea a dog could mean this much to me.

Wonderful environment and friendy people. I would definately consider purchasing from them again if I bought another pup. Very clean location and you can tell he really cared for german shepherds. He answered any and all questions I had and was more than willing to work with me. We took a long time picking the right pup and he was very patient and offered quite a bit of helpful advice.
